An aubergenious present!

Look what I got today!
I wonder what I'll cook with them. 
Any suggestions?
I'll post a recipe if I think of something nice these coming days.

    Something that replaces the tomatoes?

  6. i just found your blog, and i have to say i love this photo + eggplants!!! i have a newfound appreciation for eggplants - actually because i just started eating them last year!! growing up, we never ate eggplants in my household because my dad doesn't like eggplants at all. but ive discovered that i LOVE them. did you know that theyre called "eggplants" because of the white oval ones that actually look like eggs?
